Turquoise 'the store' is committed to deliver your order with the best quality packaging within given time frame. We ship throughout the week, except Sunday & Public holidays. 

On placing your order, you will receive an email containing a summary of the order and also the estimated delivery time to your location. In few locations, the delivery may take longer, depending on the accessibility of your location by our logistics partners. In such cases, we will proactively reach out to you.

Domestic Shipping: We offer free shipping for the purchase over INR 1000.

International Shipping: Delivery time: 10 - 15 business days.

Shipping is calculated based on the weight of the order.

You will see the final shipping at the time of checkout after you provide the shipping address for your order. Please also note that the shipping charges are not inclusive of any custom or import duties that may be levied upon reaching the destination country. We cannot control these charges and are unable to estimate what they may be. We do not take responsibility if the packet gets held at customs or at any other point in the destination country.

Terracotta potteries are shipped within India. We will not accept any returns/exchange.
